I'm Yan Malgin. My work joins two areas I know from practice: building reliable, secure IT environments for organizations, and helping parents and families communicate better. Eight years at a parent academy taught me what corporate infrastructure teaches too: most problems get easier once people, and systems, actually understand each other.
